Ultra High Resolution MFL

Together with our partners, we have developed a full range of multiphysics integrated ILI tool, which consisting Ultra-high resolution MFL, Low Magnetic field MFL, Axial Stress, Eddy Current, GEO and IMU. After reliability testing and certification by a national third-party certification body, it has been successfully applied to autonomous inspections of pipelines such as the China-Russia East Line, Pingtai Line, Chuxiong-Dali, Shilan Line, Lu-Wan Phase II, and Changhu Line. This technology has facilitated the excavation and repair of defects such as scratches and metal loss, effectively ensuring the intrinsic safety of the pipelines and enhancing the application level of internal pipeline inspection technology.

The multi-physics integrated tool encompasses technologies such as ultra-high-definition MFL, low magnetic field MFL, electromagnetic eddy current, axial stress measurement, IMU, and geometric inspection. This reduces the required inspection window, minimizing the impact on customers' production. More importantly, it enables comprehensive analysis of the same defect using different physical principles, significantly enhancing the accuracy of defect identification and quantification.
