Axial Stress

The tool leverages cutting-edge technology and has been rapidly adopted by all major oil and gas operators in China, including PipeChina Group, CNPC, and SINOPEC.

Furthermore, this tool and its technology have also been promptly approved and implemented by several renowned international ILI companies. A partnership agreement has been established for the China region.

The axial sampling rate is typically 50Hz, with a sampling interval of 3mm at a running speed of 1.5m/s (adjustable as required) and can be increased to a maximum of 200Hz.

The system can operate independently, be mounted on an MFL tool behind the magnet segment, or be integrated into a GEO tool.

The stress detection accuracy is ±20MPa at an 80% confidence level.

Pipeline Overview: Diameter: 32 inches Length: 188 km Flow Speed: 1.5 m/s Wall Thickness: 14–18.2 mm Completion of On-site Work: January 2025 This pipeline is used for transporting crude oil. It was built a long time ago and passes through mountainous areas with significant elevation changes.
