Illegal Tapping Detection
The capability to develop illegal tapping tools for pipelines with diameters ranging from 219mm to 813mm has been established. These tools have been applied across multiple pipelines at PipeChina Group, PetroChina, SINOPEC in China, with a total track record exceeding 15,000 kilometers. Thousands of repaired oil theft branch pipes have been verified.
Key features:
1. Detect branch pipes and illegal tapping holes with a diameter of Ф8mm or larger, and distinguish between newly added branch pipes and repaired ones.
2. Identify pipeline features such as welds and valves.
3. Detect metal loss with a depth of 40% or greater.
